Excursion schedule
Departure early in the morning for the border of Evzoni, bound for Belgrade. Arriving on our tour of the Serbian capital, we will see the Kalemegdan Fortress, with its Renaissance towers, loopholes and fortifications. Then, in the historic center of the city we will see many and impressive buildings of the 19th century such as the National Museum, while along the Avenue of the Revolutions we will see the Parliament, a classic example of Balkan architecture.
Departure for the Serbo-Hungarian border. Enter Hungary and head to beautiful Budapest. Arrival and our tour. We will see the square of the Heroes, with the monument of the Millennium, the cathedral of Agios Stefanos while in the avenue of the Republic we will admire many well-preserved buildings.
Continuing, we will see the massive Baroque-style Parliament and cross the Buddha from the Lions Bridge. On the hill of the fishermen we will see the castles and the church of Matthias in which the coronations of the Kings took place. On the hill of Gellert, from where we will have a panoramic view of the Buddha and Pest, we will see the Statue of Liberty and the castle, the Citadel.
After breakfast we depart for the Danube villages. First stop will be in the village of artists, Agios Andreas. Then we will visit Visegrad and follow a stop in the old capital of Hungary, Estergom. Return to Budapest. We suggest you enjoy a mini cruise in the calm waters of the Danube.
Breakfast and departure in a northwesterly direction to the border with Slovakia, we will make a short stop in the capital Bratislava for a tour. We continue north to the Czech Republic. Arrival in Prague and check-in at the hotel.
